Teshin Noggles making clicking sounds

I have no idea if this always happened and I never noticed or if its something recent, but I'm hearing a constant and annoying "clicking" sound in my Orbiter.

Looking around my decorations, I have tracked the source as both Teshin noggles. The thing is, I already had the default Teshin noggle for a while and never noticed this sound. Only after the New War noggle was added that it apparently started.
