Flickering textures upon loading into mission making it impossible to see, carry on into orbiter

Maybe once a month, I'll go into a mission and the textures on my frame will spasm and block my entire screen. I've had it happen to saryn and xaku most of the time, and usually on earth tiles. https://imgur.com/a/zmusV4c
