you are far better and more likely to receive help in game by going to the recruit chat, because asking for ingame help on something like a lich on the forums is about the equivalent of asking a stranger on the highway as they're speeding past to help you out.

I recommend spamming public squad.  The final confrontation is a quick mission and almost everyone finishes it ASAP.
