Falcor wont open up completly and stays small

This issue happens when swapping into dual-wield(secondary+glaive) after doing certain actions such as hacking, abilities that take away your weapons (hildryn's aegis storm for example) or just swapping in the arsenal.when using upper back holster (click on the link) and its even smaller when using the default glaive holster .

 

-This issue always happens when :

-using a power cell (on disruption / excavation / kuva survival). example

-placing a datamass to a console in mobile defense.

-after doing a parazon finisher both on murmurs and lich/sister.

I forgot to mention that this happens everytime i do a parazon finisher when holding a glaive, the glaive will stay smaller than the hand.
