Twitch Drops

Hello, it is impossible for me to retrieve the twitch drops from the last few months,
 I have them in my twitch inventory, which is linked to my warframe account.
 What to do ?
 please.

Sometimes the connection just bugs out and you have to disconnect and reconnect your accounts.

at the beginning I received the drops, then at one point, I no longer received them,
If I unlink my twitch account and relink it, I won't risk losing them?

Now I can't link my twitch account anymore.
 when i want to link it it tells me that an error has occurred

first of all: please write 'normal' text here in a post - what you did annoyingly hurts my eyes ^^)

as for your problem: with "at the beginning", do you mean one or two years back when DE started with the twitch drops? if so, you might have miss the change they did to the system about a year back. you had to unlink your account then first and link it anew since DE couldn't you that your the players themself (twitch being amazon and such makes it a bit 'difficult' for another company to change user accounts... ^^)

but if you mean that this was only 'recently' a problem (e.g. last few months) then this might be something else. you can still try the unlinking and re-linking method and this should't affect your stored drops at twitch. but if that fails, it might as well amazon's (twitch) job to fix it - in which case you need to contact the support over there (DE can't do this for you - different company again and such). ofc, if you want to check if there is any problem with link on DE's side first, open a ticket to the support about the issue - faster than to wait for one of them to spot your eye-hurting thread here (seriously, what DID you do that the text end up in a textbox and with the huge size too?)

in case you don't know where to go for that, look at this site, left of the search field - there is the link to the support. as for twitch, you need to find it yourself there, shouldn't be to hard to find.
