No focus orbs spawning/gaining no focus from killing void angels or mobs

I've been getting a bug where no focus orb will spawn or I wont get anything focus for from killing mobs in bountys from zariman. For example after killing a void angel you gain 15k focus. When the bug happens I don't gain that focus. But yet everyone else is getting the focus reward.
