This seems to be the very first original version of the game. I wonder if it even has the original weapon sounds, instead of reworked ones from the Unreal Gold version. This game is indeed a rare gem. Sadly it isn't remembered very much today, but that was the start for both DE and Epic Games, as far as I know the first of the four Unreal games they made in collaboration.
