can't pick up any mod in first veil breaker mission

Hello, it is kind of frustrating but I can't pick up any mod from the first veil breaker mission (dropped by sentients).

I'll tell you if this continues in missions after that.

It desn't work as a warframe or tenno. I tried jumping in the void for a reset but it did not help. I can't die to see if it fixes it, my warframe is too high level.

That's not a mod, but an ammo pack with bugged visual appearance.
