Clan Emblems missing after VB

After updating, NO clan emblems are showing up, even for clans that have had emblem for months. I checked my clan (Kouga Clan) all 11 clans in our alliance, and 3 separate friends' clans in different alliances, no one has Clan Emblems. #sad

I've confirmed with other players in different regions, not showing up for anyone. Anywhere where the emblem would show up (shoulder badges, clan page, Dojo banners, etc) we only see the default emblem.

Clan emblems are still broken after Veilbreaker hotfix 3

> Fixed submitted Clan Emblems replacing existing ones in game not appearing. 

> Fixed Clan Emblem Status on the website always saying approved emblems will be "in-game when the next major update is released" after they had been deployed. 

Seems unrelated to all switch clan emblems missing in game. 

 

I'll repeat: my clan (and more that I've confirmed with) had an emblem uploaded and approved months before this recent update. Emblem is missing. That cost our clan 150pl....

Could we get an answer other than Zendesks automated "we know, we are looking into it". The fact that clan emblems are mentioned in hotfix patch notes but our actual issue is not is a little frustrating.
