Ship decorations not loading when logging in, and when returning from missions.

Started a little before the Veilbreaker update.

When returning from missions, the navigation part of my ship stopped loading decorations for the first minute.

At times, it was solved by, in the drifter's camp, going to the back side of the ship and then loading the front side again. Now, in the Veilbreaker update, this doesn't fix it anymore. I have to wait around a minute for the decorations to load.

I have 635 capacity left, and most of the things I have put are noggles and around 20-30 Glynorts, which are infested, pulsating things acquired from Grandmother in Deimos.

This is just a minor problem, but I thought it'd be best to report.
