Mastery Rank 8 Test Bug

I've been looking through the forums and have been seeing that people have been having problems completing the mastery rank 8 test. I actually had this problem as well on the final wall run. On the last try I was running up the wall and when I flipped I didn't reach the platform. During the fall the screen went black and then stated I completed the test successfully but when the window showing the credits earned and XP earned per weapon opened it showed me on the platform like I had just died. Sure enough, when I get back to the origin system screen I reached mastery rank 8 but when I went into my arsenal I lost two revives. 

 

Has anyone seen this happen before?

 

Edit: Forgot to mention that a bug report was submitted with EE.log included.

did this with ash a few weeks back. finished with -3/4 revives.

I'd like to report a different bug with Mastery Rank 8 Promotion Test:

 

The vertical wall that is supposed to appear after shooting the 3rd target fails to appear.

 

I've repeated this promotion test at least 6 times & I'm still not seeing that vertical wall after I shoot the 3rd target.

 

According to 0:18 mark of this YouTube video - a vertical wall is supposed to appear after shooting the 3rd target - and it's simply not happening for me: 

 

 

Please help!
