FOV Resets every time you start up the game.

Hello everyone! I came here today to report a bug that has been persisting since before the Zariman update. I'm on PS5 but my buddies on PS4 also report that they experience the same thing, and that is that your FOV Resets to the default value every single time you start up the game. When you go to fix your FOV in the settings, it says that your FOV was left on its previous setting, but it has been clearly reset to its base values. This bug can only be fixed by going into a mission or manually changing your FOV twice. 

For Example: Since I play on 90 FOV (which is the max), whenever I start up the game, the FOV change is noticeable automatically because I believe the base FOV value to be 70. To fix this bug I would go into settings and see that my FOV slider is on 90. I would then lower the FOV, press accept changes, then go back into settings and bring my FOV back up to 90 which would then fix this problem.

This is till an issue on PS4 and PS5 please fix it. It's been years..
