Operator transference bug

Warframe has been fine for me but once the veilbreaker update came out going into my op form and then going back to my warframe form has been causing me to glitch. I either move in place stuck in one animation while I'm shooting and bullet jumping etc... Or I'm stuck in the warframe Tpose not being able to do my abilities, or anything for that matter.. and I had this happen with ppl with me (and solo and when I'm the host as well) they would tell me to emote or fall off the map etc but even that doesn't work bc it just happens again.. I hope this gets fixed because it happens almost every mission and it's making me feel like warframe is unplayable when it's not and I have also been using the /unstuck feature but you can only do that so many times in a mission.
