Smeeta kavat's charm can be influenced by different ways before, ex. equipping only a melee to forfeit the instant reload buff, but that is now not possible from the warframe wiki.
The Instant Reload buff can still be rolled even if the player unequips all weapons from their loadout.
However, since charm also works on operator, this patch from years ago was brought to my attention.
Smeeta Kavat’s Charm Critical Chance and Energy recharge Buffs no longer apply to Operators.
In this case, which of the two following cases is the correct application of charm working on operator?
Case 1: Going into operator effectively take the critical chance and energy recharge buff out of the buff table.
Case 2: Buff will still proc on the warframe while in operator but it's just not applied on the operator.
