Void storm missions not allowing you to select a relic after chaining multiple missions without going back to the dry dock.

This bug occurred in the saturn mission Mordo Cluster, a void storm skirmish. we successfully finished this mission and were given awards, then went on to put up a vote for the earth mission iota temple. when I accepted the mission I was not prompted to select a relic, and the game had shown I had a meso g4 relic which was previously expended during the saturn mission. 

This bug has occurred multiple times, but this is the most well documented instance I have. I also have a clip of this happening, where I declined the mission, was subsequently removed from the squad, and lost all mission rewards.

notable other info: mission was started from the orbiter in the navigation tab, rather than the dry dock or otherwise.
