FIXED

EDIT: FIXED IT, just had to complete one quest for some reason and the quest ended normally

 

When playing the quest Chimera Prologue I proceeded to play normally until after doing the Paracesis cutscene, after the Paracesis cutscene I was stuck with a black screen (possibly my game loading), but I pressed esc to open the menu and went to navigation, proceeding to lock all my progression of the quest with simply the quest marker icon with no next steps.

I have not gotten the Paracesis blueprint and I cant go to the next part of the Chimera Prologue quest
