Cartridge item stuck to the hand if Reload is interrupted

If you get interrupted while reloading certain weapons in the game, there will be a cartridge or something that remains attached and visible on the hand.

Currently I have identified this problem on the

- Tenet Flux Rifle

- Tonkor with Daecret skin (example below)
