Mr 30 test bugged/not possible after 2nd totem

For over a month I've tried my best warframes/weapons combos, youtube suggestions, even following step by step loadouts. You can't deploy any specters or on call crew also. I've talked to many mr29 that are having the same issue and we can't even dent the 3rd set of eximus. Plus we don't get any drops even with our boosted kavats. Please fix this. It's a terrible feeling to get this close and have all this grinding be for nothing.
