Endo disappearing at end of bounty missions

When playing bounty missions on Cambion Drift and Plains of Eidolon, mission progress states I have over 600 endo (900 one time, 790 another time) but when I go and finish the mission, my mission results say I only earned 600 endo. This happened to me and 2 friends once, and me and 1 friend another time. I was playing different warframes/builds both times, I didn't think to check as I didn't know it was a potential bug. First time happened about 2 weeks ago (9/23 ish maybe?) and today (10/5) after updating game.
