Please Implement Gifting Bonus on these Warframe collections (Baruuk is one of them)

After Yareli, Gyre Collections implement gifting bonus, why not apply them on other collections with negligible rewards?

Here are some collection that needed gifting bonus:

1. Baruuk Collection (Baruuk Mandala)
2. Fortuna Grand Bundle And Garuda Collection (Bloodshed Sigil)
3. Hildryn Collection (Gravimag)

I want the mandala badly, but wasting 565 Plat for equipments i've mastered is a big waste. I don't mind gifting this to newbies as long as i get the Mandala...

Technically free, but I've always had absolute terrible luck farming for the parts
