Linking Rivens Sometimes Permanently Locks Player In Riven Selection Screen

I sell and link rivens quite often. There’s this bug that’s been happening to me where I get stuck in the riven selection screen and clicking the rivens does nothing. I usually have to restart my entire game and it will still happen after 3 or 4 times. Not sure if this has been happening to anyone else
