Subsuming not working as it should

I've been trying to subsume my rhino for at least 4 days, it is impossible for me, because everytime I choose to subsume, it shows me the normal adivce if I want to destroy rhino, etc. Then, nothing happens, it just shows me the roar ability, and I can't even move, I have to restart the game in order to play "normally". I have plenty of slots to subsume frames, all the requirements, but I just simply can't subsume nor rhino (lvl 0) or protea (lvl 30) 

Ps: I always restart the game, I tried restarting my console, even uninstalling and installing the game, nothing works. Dunno what to do.
