Low level friend glitched into the operator room and locked out of warframe

Me and my friend were messing around near the operator room while waiting for his orbiter colors to load and after my screen froze for a few seconds his character glitched into the operator room and kicked him out of his warframe into his operator which he hadn’t even done the quest for yet. While he was inside he was able to customize his operator and everything, but whatever happened prevented me from leaving his orbiter with the menu and he wasn’t able to get back into his warframe.
