Chroma’s elemental alignment changed from “cold” to “fire” after host migration.

I was in a fissure kuva survival. After 20 minutes or so all of my teammates left and the host migrated to me. My Chroma Prime, which up until that point had been using a cold element bonus, switched to a fire element bonus after the host migration.
I could see this in the visual effects and bonus change in the ability “Elemental Ward”. Due to the new lack of armor, I was getting killed a lot, so I extracted.

I do have multiple appearance loadouts for my Chrome Prime, and loadout “A” is based on the fire element. Maybe after the host migration, the game defaulted the bonus to my “A” loadout? But my appearance did not change.
