Junction complete issues

Upon completion of the junctions, the game shows the rewards with the loading icon top left like normal at first, then it transports me back to my orbiter with the loading icon still going, once it completely finishes loading, it transfers me back to mission summary, states that i failed the mission yet i still recieved the rewards. Last night 11/2/22 i ended up not being able to access my planetary map to navigate and got a failed to establish information message. At this point i just turned the game off and went to bed. I am not sure if it back to working again. That was the first time it locked up on me. However the junction summary issue has been reoccurring. Other than that everything else seems to be working.
