Shawzin Scale Yo

The doc There is a long google document explainig all the shawzin code and note correlations and stuff. Please somebody figure out the notes for scale "Yo" that is currently empty. I found (on the same document) instructions on how to install a bot but I don't like all that tinkering, and I also found a "Compozin" website/app that allows you to place notes on a physical timeline but it's not easy for me to write notes from notesheets so I'm making my own app which will take in written notes and convert them to shawzin code instead of having a timeline. The problem is that one scale is never utilised because all the notes of "Yo" are missing, the only thing I understand is that it's scale code is 9. I need help. 

Edit: this is also really unfortunate because all of the shawzins look like (and most of them sound like) traditional japanese instrument Shamisen, and only two scales  "Hirajoshi" and "Yo" are japanese.
