Mag bug

I’m not 100% sure how long this has been going on, but when the Lua’s pray came out I notice mags magnetic protective ability (The hold) is not absorbing damage. I’ve tried with grineer and corpus and nothing is getting absorbed. It’s been a week or two since Lua’s pray and i’ve been trying use it throughout that and nothings happening. I’m not sure what’s wrong unless it’s been changed and i sound like a fool. 

 

I’ve tried with unmodded build to max range and no weapons. :/ I also use mag prime but i feel crazy cause no one else is talking about it.  thanks
