I'm not American, and I always manage to get the drops I'd like to get if I wanted to.

You can certainly question the name, although it's technically already true if the target audience consists just of the roughly 40 million native Spanish speakers in the US, inhabitants of US territories like Puerto Rico, or people from Mexico, which all are technically in North America. Large parts of the US are practically bilingual. It probably doesn't matter if many of those people can speak English, as long as they prefer to speak Spanish and are seen as an easily reachable audience. I guess you could consider it as a service to the core market. It probably helps that part of the development team already speaks Spanish.

Just to clarify: I'm not a Spanish speaker, but I can see where this is coming from.
