Converted sister of parvos not talking

Converted a rank 5 sister of parvos recently so that I could have a decent call on crew until i get acces to elite crew from command intrinsics 10. Couldn't help but realize that my parvos sister isn't talking at all whenever I summon her which was odd since I recall hearing other ppl's liches/sisters talking. tried to search stuff online but couldn't find any real reason as to why my parvos sister is so damn quiet.

she has a problem with her vocal cords... if she is mute.

pretty sure they only talk when they pop into your mission on their own but not when used as an on call crewmate.
