Unable to play as of rn

I am forced to constantly change my password to play, and even then when i relaunch the game my password then doesn't work, I have 2 tickets open'd. 1 was ignored for a full day showing all the details and even the logs and still nothing. I'm really frustrated right now because my account is at risk and i still haven't gotten a reply to my ticket. I'm pissed off. I changed my password like 7 times and it's very frustrating knowing somethings wrong. I'm mr 27 on the verge of being 27 and i spent alot on my account and the support makes me want to pull my hair out do to how long the responses can take even for serious matters.

That's insane! Broooo no if that's true then idk what to say. There's accounts at risk out there.

Its simply the case that there are far more people requesting support than they have time to deal with. Especially because some people get impatiant and the file another ticket, which takes more time to sort out.

Understandable, I get your point and i do feel stupid for making another ticket
