Halvkyrie
Hi! Hope everyone is having a lovely day. Pardon me if this is not the right subforum to post this in. I was unsure whether to post this in the Mission/Level subforum, or Sound subforum. But I landed here. So, I think Warframe as a whole has incredibly good sound design. Especially in the recent times we've had improvements and additions when it comes to sound cues and visual cues for things, and I love this! I realize I am likely an anomaly of the playerbase though, as I largely rely and play based on sound for almost any game I play. I also love hunting for rare collectibles, caches in missions, and so on. I would also dare say I have both a keen eye and ear for things like rare storage containers and ayatans scattered across the maps and missions I go through. The "Hum" or perhaps chime we all(?) know being tied to the rare containers and caches is great for this! I still keep an eye out for them all, even though I have long since completed their codex entries. However, the Zariman Ten-Zero tileset with the Angels of the Zariman update introduced a new set of storage containers, and with that, the Molted Cask, and Ancient Molted Cask. These seem to me like the equivalent of the Rare and Reinforced Storage Containers of the other tilesets/factions, due to their observed rarity, and them having similar drops to the Orokin Rare/Reinforced Storage Containers. A.K.A. A Rare resource item (Forma), a 30/60 minute booster (Affinity), and the destroyed state container remaining after it's broken, unlike regular containers. But they do not have the expected hum, that the other containers have. So what I am asking for, is that the hum/chime that resource caches and rare/reinforced storage containers have, is added to the Molted Cask and Ancient Molted Cask mission interactables (or what to call them). -Halvkyrie
iPathos
It 100% needs to have the sound effect added yesterday. There's no reason for it to be excluded considering its counterparts, hopefully is something fixed sooner rather than later - having to use Golden Instinct or the tracker children to find em sometimes is a drag.
