Sound of Citrine's passive make me very uncomfortable

I have chronic migraines and the high pitch humming noise from citrine is making it where the game is unplayable can there be a setting to turn off her crystal sounds in settings like octavias music I really love you guys game but my migraines are terrible because of her sounds I also have 2 other friends complaining about the same issue

I don't know what Citrine does, I don't have her, I haven't even read anything about her.  I've been on a break since a couple weeks into the current NW intermission, and just came back because I had an itch to shoot something.

I ran a 20 wave defense for the NW, and was matched with a Citrine.  I'm sure the buffs they were providing were great and all, even though I don't have a clue what they were.  But christ, I can still hear the constant ringing in my head and it's so irritating.  I'd rather be in a mission with 3 octavias rocking different versions of baby shark, unmuted and unsynced, than be in another mission with that ringing.

The constant humming of Preserving Shell is really annoying. Specially if you have more than one citrine in the group. But just one I feel like damage my ears and have that constant high pitched humming. At lease allow us to turn it down a bit

That's a legit question. I use a decent set of headphones and I never noticed any sound beyond the initial ability cast .. 

Do you have a clip with the sound present? Not denying it's existence, just want to hear it myself since my own sound settings seem to have removed it.

So far only one frame caused me similar problems and it was Gara. Considering her theme of "broken glass" it was somewhat understandable and simply lowering down the volume was enough though it never stopped being annoying.

With Citrine I did a test run with all sounds enabled and clear, sadly it's impossible for me to keep volume up because the high pitch sounds are literally hurtful.
Especially her second ability with constant humming left me with steady "beep" sensation every time I used it.

I don't have any hearing issues, had my ears checked recently during standard medical tests, no software or hardware malfunctions on my side.

Not sure how this passed the sound quality check or how can it be handled on this stage of development but knowing how respectful you are to players sensitivity and sensibility I hope this could be tweaked without disappointing enthusiasts of Citrine.

Warframe sound design was underrated for a long time and I was very happy when it got some deserved praise but holy smokes you messed up this one.

I don't know if I would call them high pitches they defiantly resinate though its a sound that dosn't bother me and i play with headphones, it did make searching for caches a little harder though!

also I love the idea of octavia but playing her and spamming crouch causes me physical pain but they won't change her! you have to press exactly in time with the notes !

I am not sure DE will do anything about either issue.

That's not "problem solved", that's just changing it to another problem, i.e not being able to hear anything at all or not being able to use a particular warframe.
