I've Been Wondering For A Long Time About Default Colours.

Why are the Warframe's default colours not the actualy "default" colours you see in teaser art or even in the codex? I actually would have loved to have those colours as default though we get these completely different colours like dark blue energy, etc. I've always wanted to have the signature colours from concept art or actual art...

I mean I only checked one Warframe, but the colours are identical;

 

Incidentally, I'd really like that second image without the UI, and the mobs. Just Ember in her flamy goodness. Mm-mm.

A lot of Warframe's tbh have a different colour from their "default" look in art. Like for example. Most energy colours are different and if you look at Frost Prime... his colours are far from what he looks like in his avatar and showcase for example...

 

It's just something I don't like because they for some reason choose to have the default colour for players be something that looks pretty umm... yea... ugly.

If the OP speaks true, then this is probably true.

Then again what do you expect. You can play the game at literally no expense. This is how F2P models are usually handled. DE hasn't done a terrible job with their system though.
