Black squares cover my screen with bloom on

I’ve experienced this for awhile now, don’t know the specifics of it but whenever I use gara or look at the hildryn deluxe squares just completely cover my screen, It happens a bit but not as badly when I use wisp, turning off bloom gets rid of the squares but makes gara’s glass or hildryn deluxe’s energy become extremely dark and have bits of pink/yellow in them
