Worldf0x Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 I can't seem to find a way to mute the music in the launcher (Steam version). There isn't one in the launcher options, and I can't find anything in the in-game sound options either. It's not a huge deal, but it is a minor annoyance that I'd rather be rid of.
Pakaku Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 Windows has a default sound mixer, you should be able to mute it (and any app in general) just through that.
Artekkor Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 If you're on PC - you can open your sound mixer and turn off the sound for Warframe Launcher specifically. Took me 40 seconds to find it. That being said i wouldn't mind a built-in function. Just in case.
Drasiel Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 there is no method in the launcher or game to silence the launcher music. Nor is there a method to prevent the launcher from playing animations. There is a work around in windows where if you have the launcher running you can mute it will carry over to all future instances. start launcher right click the speaker symbol on your taksbar and select open volume mixer in volume mixer scroll to the right and press the speaker located under the warframe launcher. You have now muted the launcher.
