Not Getting The Right Part Out Of It

Im trying to get the parts for the Ash Warframe, however I hit a snag in the process. I can't get the Ash Warframe Circuitry System and I fought the Fashion Diva Grineer, as it were, about 15 times and hasnt dropped it. Do I have to craft another part before getting the Circuitry or are other finding the same problem, in which case, might be a bug.

As far as I know it randomly rolls what you get each time so if you aren't getting what you want you're just unlucky. Took me ages to get Ember while getting Mag didn't take many runs at all for example.

There is one more possibility - they sometimes get launched by your killing blow and lands on other side of the map.
