Death After Mission End

While running through the Saturn assassination mission on Tethys for General Sargas Ruk, my squad and I reached the extraction point and the game ended as it usually should. Though between the countdown timer transition from 0 to loading screen, the game sort-of hung on the black screen for several moments longer, then all of a sudden it was kind enough to inform me that I had died and gave me a revive or forfeit option on the black screen. It would not progress until I clicked one or the other. Only after I clicked forfeit (I am now a quitter D:) did it progress to the mission complete screen and I was able to continue to the planet select screen again. I believe exposure to the vacuume of space shortly after departure may be the cause, I propose sealant be applied to the seams of all warframes.

Edit: This has not happened up until shortly after this recent hotfix.
