If you have recently made a purchase through the Epic Games client and are unable to login after doing so, we are working on a fix to restore access. The inability to login is related to an issue that occurred when The Duviri Paradox launched, where purchases made through the Epic Games client were not being received. In yesterday’s hotfix, a fix went out to address the issue, but we are aware that there are still some accounts that are affected and are now causing them to be unable to login. For those of you who have yet to receive your purchases and are unable to login for that reason, we are working on another fix to resolve these issues and restore your account access and purchases. You should now be able to login again through the Epic Games client and see that your items have been delivered.
