Some or all of the waybound nodes don't seem to work in the circuit sometimes for operator

For some reason waybound nodes for the operator sometimes don't seem to work for the circuit. Or maybe its intended to not work but the bug is that it sometimes works?

Would feel awful if its not meant to work in circuit especially without any indication of why.

yeah I noticed specifically the vazarin ones seem to fall short quite a bit and don't activate like they should.

I can confirm that at bare minimum, the Vazarin +health waybound never works for me in the Circuit. I am not sure if any other waybounds are broken, but Last Gasp always seems to activate as it should. I'm wondering if it's related to how Duviri Drifter health is coded and that leaking into the circuit.

And just to add to the information - taking Vazarin as the focus school does not apply Enduring Tides (waybound or not)
