Vasto's Incarnon Evo IV Reaper's Plenty not working

Just as title says. It's not working. does not trigger on headshot like it described.

It "works", if it's not in incarnon form, but while it's active there's absolutely no visual indicator or sound to know it's in effect.

It DOES NOT WORK when in incarnon form, however, which would be the true point of selecting this particular Evolution IV choice.

I stopped for a couple of months and came back for Duviri's Kullervo patch; feels bad that a lot of stupid old bugs are still around and new ones are always piling up. It's particularly disappointing when you have a weekly window of opportunity which also requires active time investment to get something like this and things aren't working properly, especially with every game (including Warframe) constantly demanding more persistent weekly hours to get both "something" and "anything".

The original post was more than a month ago, still not fixed in current live version. Should I take another couple of months away and hope this gets fixed by then...? (not sure if this is a real question or just sarcasm, I'm tired)
