No weapons to choose after player left squad

Started the SP Circuit, chose warframe and a player left (standard), when we loaded back in to Teshins cave the warframes were still available to choose but no weapons to select?
Then I had to be that player that left as, well, couldnt really run Circuit with no weapons

Just had this exact same issue again?
There are warframes to choose from but the weapons are completely missing?
I mean I can see how this would make SP circuit harder, I mean the weapons I get to choose from are dire at best but NO weapons at all?

That would be operator only I guess?

Should point out this time nobody left, I loaded into Teshins cave with no weapons to select only warframes (terrrible build ones).
