Not receiving Mastery Rank on completion of Test

This just happened with my MR11 test. Passed it with over a minute left and it said congratulations on reaching MR10

I'm MR17 (should be MR18 now) and this has happened 4 times now at lower MR ranks. 

On completion of the Qualify MR test, it shows on the screen that I've passed and shows my rewards, but when going back to Orbiter there is no inbox message, and MR is still the same level, then the MR test resets to force a, 24 hour wait time again. 

I have another account at MR33 and it happened several times on that account too, so this bug has been happening a very long time. It's also the most frustrating as the whole point is to raise MR rank and get the rewards. 

Additionally, I've noticed that when the MR test completes, there was a second bug in that when I completed the test, it showed that I qualified for the MR rank that I currently am, rather than the test im taking E.g when taking the MR18 test (defence 5 waves) the completion at the end shows MR17 and then I don't get MR raised. 

This really needs to be fixed.

I actually just experienced this. I finished my MR 22 to 23 test as reset happened, and it didn’t rank me up even though I completed the test, and it even stated that I completed it. I tried restarting my game to see if that worked, but it shows the starting xp I had this morning when hovering over my icon, then on my profile it shows I have enough xp to lvl up. It also says I have to wait 24 hours to lvl up. I’m super miffed about it.

Same thing here just did mastery rank 12 test didn't bother doing the practice and once i passed it i was still mr 11 and have the 24 hour timer to try again

I’m very confused on why this is still a problem?.. I did a practice run then took the test completed it and saw the rewards yet somehow I didn’t get my rank and now have to wait 24hrs to take the test again. Almost all the motivation I had to keep playing this game is starting to slow decline.

It's not a relay issue as I've done mine from Orbiter directly and still causes the issue.

I tried to rank up from mr 12 to mr 13 it said I completed it and showed mission rewards but then put it on a 24 hour timer

Just experienced this issue. Did the practice for the rank 18 test and completed it. Moved on to the real test and completed it. I was then greeted with a congratulatory message for reaching rank 17. Upon returning to the orbiter, I am unable to perform the test again for 24 hours :/

I have done the mastery rank 6 test 6 4 times, completed and shows rewards but doesn't promote me to 6 instead just sows what rank i am already in. Looking through the forums this has been happening for the past 3 years and have never gotten fixed. This shows how often their members from warfame support checks on these. #false advertisement
