When in the Hangar Bay in the Alad V Invasion Mission on Amalthea, there is a storage container to the right from where you came in. You can open it by activating the console next to it. It then slides forward and the hatch opens. If you are too close to the container, the opening hatch pushes you down through the world and you keep falling endlessly. You might want to put some warning signs up. this also happens if you stand under lifts or ships coming into dock their ramps will throw you through the world.
