Also, please avoid making multiple posts about the same topic. Regarding your difficulties connecting, you may want to plug your PS4 directly to the modem via an ethernet cable--once done, you should try to download the Warframe updates. If you can download them without an issue with a wired connection directly to your modem, then the problem is likely with your router. The forums aren't the place to get in touch with tech support. The Support Site is. Also, just because DE doesn't respond to threads doesn't mean that they don't read bug reports or feedback. I suggest you open a https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new'>support ticket if you're still having trouble, however there's a high chance that the issue is your router, PS4 or internet service provider.
