i have 2 accounts, one on xbox another one on pc i want to keep the one on pc, but xbox doesnt let me log in, what can i do?

Short not answer : You can keep the two, they will be merge (if same mail).

Where are you getting this from?

Even once cross save finally gets implemented, that's still not the same as an account merging process.

One of the last post of Steve on tweet said that the objective and complexity of CrossSave was to be able to merge ALL accounts into one.

And clearly, no merging is already what crossplay do; Copy-paste ONE account to all platforms is easy; merging all and safeguarding all duplicates is another league of programming.

(By default if they are on the same mail address, otherwise)

Not totally sure what you're asking, whether it's about merging your accounts, logging in to your xbox account, or deleting your xbox account.  If it's one of the latter, you should contact support.  https://support.warframe.com/hc/en-us/requests/new   (Although  about being unable to login to xbox: maybe make sure you're logged out of PC and see if that helps.)

If it's about merging the accounts, we should have news about that in the Devstream on the 28th.
