Upcoming Overguard with Archgun and Rage using frames/Chroma issue

So with the announcement of Archgun deployment granting overguard, one of the current issue that Chroma or any frame that use Rage or Hunter adrenaline is going to become more present. Right now, overguard prevent players from taking damage to their health. It's a good thing. However, receiving it on a frame running damage conversion or Chroma cause an issue, as it puts a barrier between them and their Damage to health effect. With the case of archgun, the issue is a lot more negligeable thant with a styanax or frst teamate, However, it is a reminder of the issue. If in the near future, a way to opt out of overgard could be provided, this issue would be solved

You know, at this point, it's not about letting players chose not to get overguard, it's more about fixing the frames' issues.

Chroma can get completely shutdown by his team through various and common means. Probably because everything he wants comes from Vex Armor and the rest of his kit has little value.

Alternately just remove or replace all on health damage effects and just make it on damage taken like how arcane guardian or avenger works. The on health damage requirement is honestly very poorly designed as after a certain point any damage done to health becomes an instant death sentence make anything that requires health damage completely useless, that and as stated in the OP anything that protects your health such as overguard or shields hinders its effectiveness, this is especially in co-op scenarios as there are many different ways to give your allys a way to protect their health such as giving them overgaurd or restoring their shields. Another thing, rage and chromas vex armor damage buff where also unintentionally nerfed with the recent shield changes because now it takes longer for your health to take damage with the increase to both base shield amount and dr increase.
