Helminth retained all previous Subsumed frames but not the metamorphosis stages

My friend merged his PC and Xbox account however chose his xbox account as his primary bc it had more days logged and higher mr even though it was much further behind quest wise. As a result he did not keep his helminth but upon reinstalling the segment he kept all his previous subsumed frames but the Metamorphosis rank is reset to 0 this is an issue bc now he cant subsume said frames again to get metamorphosis rank... it would be nice to see a fix for this
