Partially stuck in Steel Path mode

I merged my old xbox (primary) account and my pc (secondary) account. I stopped playing on my xbox before steel path came out. I merged accounts and i guess my pc account was on Steel Path mode. Now, I cannot access normal relic listings and I see steel path incursions. Also, whenever I try to load into an open world from the social hub that it's associated with; it sticks me into a steel path mode, which promptly boots me because I don't have all the nodes unlocked.

Since I am unable to play whisper in the walls, I am stuck in this steel path/normal limbo.

I can still play on normal missions by selecting the mission from my star chart. But when doing a quest that has you go into and out of a open world from the social hub it assumes I am in steel path mode. I am unable to access normal circuit and can select incarnon weapons from steel path.

 

EDIT***

I found a fix for the steel path lock. Have someone load you into a normal circuit and it will get your game out of steel path mode.
