Whispers in the Walls: Hotfix 35.0.5


Topaz Archon Shard Fixes:

  • Fixed Topaz Archon Shard traits applying the buffs every 5 kills instead of every kill where described.

  • Fixed the Shield regen buff provided by a Topaz Archon Shard not functioning. 

    • You will not get the Shield regen buff when a Blast damage is applied.

  • Fixed the Secondary Critical Chance buff provided by the Topaz Archon Shard not functioning.

 

Fixes:

  • Fixed various Abilities not respecting Boss immunity status on all Octopede bosses.

    • Octopede bosses are now more in line with other enemy bosses.  

  • Fixed a crash related to Rogue Culverins using Necramech consoles.

  • Fixed a crash related to The Severed Warden.

  • Fixed another case where you could place multiple Vigil Jahu Gargoyles in the Dojo.

    • Additionally, we’ve added an error message when you attempt to duplicate the Decoration. 

  • Fixed the World State Window in your Orbiter displaying 0% below your actual progress % for Operation: Gargoyle's Cry.

    • Hotfix #4 had a partial fix for this, it should be working properly now.  

  • Fixed incorrect throwing animation during the Alchemy mission if you re-joined the squad due to a Host Migration.

That is luckily one of the issues on the known issues thread. But sadly a cert update so the fix won't be for a couple of months.

Or is this a different, but related bug you are talking about? I know I am still waiting on a similar bug to get fixed with objective throwing using alt fire while only holding a Glaive which has been bugged since its introduction.

Yep, it's on application.

The new shield-gate meta is here, and as powerful as that is I'm also kind of exasperated. That's too good for one shard lol.

Just a reminder:

  • unable to see each other in dojo thus not being able to trade
  • mag, mirage, mesa (and now ash) locking their abilities (and sometimes weapons),
  • ash's 4 showing wrong numbers,
  • slams from operator launching you in the wrong direction or failing,
  • waypoints(not just in duviri), codex/simulacrum scans,
  • yareli bugs,
  • exalts being unmodded in duviri(and even if that's not a bug, that's a very bad feature that isn't explained anywhere).
  • kahl getting stuck in a rampart on a "Junk run mission"
  • not enough enemies spawning in railjack skirmish missions
  • "More than MAX_REMOTE_OBJECT_ID replicated entities, out of IDs"  crash

Operators and Drifters still use the long windup throw like Thermia Canisters. Can their throws be as fast as the Warframe underhand throw in seen in the gamemode?

We can't stop there; Alchemy Amphors gets picked up instantly without the bend-down animation. Can this be applied to almost all pickups such as:

  • Datamasses
  • Power Cells
  • Canisters

This is not true. You changed the bonus to multiplicative instead of flat additive in this hotfix. Well done on making the shard utterly useless.

Thanks for finally fixinig the topaz shard secondaries crit chance stack acquisition.

HOWEVER. It still says heat damage in buff description in shard, whereas on UI icon it's actually the heat status effect (which is true as regular heat damage does nothing).

Thanks for the fixes to topaz shards. If it's not known already, I'd like to bring to your attention that violet archon shards are not applying the stacking electricity damage bonus on primaries as per these two threads:

Omfg it even counts if your Companion does it.

No, nope, scrap it, redo the bonus as on-kill, this is too much, lol.
