Cross Platform Save Bug - Basic missions reset but game thinks they are complete at same time juntions and one time missions to be exact

i did the cross save for my bigger xbox account to a less active and less completed pc account to main pc and since the xbox account was much further i can still access all planets and all items warframes ect. but much of the beginner missions want me to go back and re complete them and it wont let me because they were one time missions and the game says i did it for example the junctions i already did on xbox but didnt do on pc for example the relic insert it made me redo it but other ones its impossible i mean i can play the game but this is a hindrance in many ways help please.
